การจัดเรียงสต็อกสินค้าในระบบทีฟาร์ม tPHARM POS

การจัดเรียงลำดับสต็อกก่อนและหลังการตัดสต็อกสินค้า โดยค่าเริ่มต้นของระบบร้านขายยาทีฟาร์มจะใช้หลัก First In, First Out (FIFO) หรือ “เข้าก่อน ตัดออกก่อน” และระบบยังเปิดให้ร้านค้าสามารถจัดการลำดับสต็อกสินค้าได้เอง เพื่อเพิ่มความยืดหยุ่นในการบริหารสต็อกสินค้า โดยวิธีการจัดเรียงสต็อกทำได้ 2 วิธี ดังนี้

1. จัดเรียงจากหน้าจัดการสต็อกสินค้าในแถบเมนูคลังสินค้า
2. จัดเรียงจากระบบหน้าร้านขายสินค้า POS

การจัดเรียงสต็อกจากหน้าจัดการสต็อกสินค้า (แถบเมนูคลังสินค้า)

สามารถเลือกได้ที่แถบ (1) เมนูคลังสินค้า จากนั้นเลือก (2) สินค้าที่ต้องการจัดเรียงสต็อก และเลือกแถบ (3) สต็อกสินค้าที่อยู่ในส่วนด้านบนของรายละเอียดสินค้า ในแถบสต็อกสินค้านี้จะมีปุ่ม (4) “จัดเรียงสต็อก” สำหรับหน่วยนับของสินค้านั้น ๆ ร้านค้าสามารถคลิกปุ่มนี้ได้ทันที

ระบบจะแสดงรายละเอียดรายการสต็อกสินค้าทั้งหมดของหน่วยนับในสินค้านั้น ๆ โดยร้านค้าสามารถเลื่อน/คลิก/ลาก ขึ้นหรือลงที่สัญลักษณ์ลูกศรด้านหน้ารายการสต็อกสินค้าเพื่อจัดลำดับการตัดสต็อก เมื่อจัดเรียงเรียบร้อยแล้ว อย่าลืมกดปุ่ม “บันทึกข้อมูล” ทุกครั้ง

การจัดเรียงสต็อกจากระบบหน้าร้านขายสินค้า POS

ในบางกรณี ร้านค้าหรือพนักงานขายต้องการจัดเรียงสต็อกอย่างรวดเร็ว โดยไม่ต้องเข้าไปที่เมนูคลังสินค้าเหมือนวิธีแรก หลังจากหยิบสินค้าใส่ตะกร้าเรียบร้อยแล้ว ร้านค้าสามารถคลิกเลือกสินค้าที่อยู่ในตะกร้าสินค้านั้นได้ทันที

ระบบจะแสดงหน้าต่างรายละเอียดสินค้าพร้อมตัวเลือกต่าง ๆ ดังนี้

1. จำนวนสินค้า – ปรับจำนวนสินค้าที่อยู่ในตะกร้า
2. หน่วยนับ – เปลี่ยนหน่วยนับของสินค้าที่เลือก จากหน่วยนับหนึ่งไปเป็นอีกหน่วยนับ
3. สต็อก – จัดเรียงลำดับการตัดสต็อกสินค้าออกเพื่อจำหน่าย
4. ราคาสินค้า – เลือกราคาขายตามหมวดหมู่ราคาขาย เช่น ราคาหน้าร้าน, ราคาขายส่ง หรือราคาขายทั่วไป
5. ส่วนลดสินค้า % – กำหนดส่วนลดสินค้ารายชิ้นในรูปแบบเปอร์เซ็นต์
6. ส่วนลดสินค้า ฿ – กำหนดส่วนลดเป็นจำนวนเงินบาท ซึ่งสัมพันธ์กับรูปแบบ % และระบบจะคำนวณเปอร์เซ็นต์ให้โดยอัตโนมัติ

หากร้านค้าต้องการจัดเรียงสต็อก ให้เลือกหัวข้อ “สต็อก” จากหน้าต่างรายละเอียดสินค้า โดยสามารถกำหนดลำดับการตัดสต็อกได้เหมือนกับตอนที่อยู่ใน หน้าจัดการสต็อกสินค้าในแถบเมนูคลังสินค้า

Stock Sorting & Depletion Order in tPHARM POS

In tPHARM pharmacy POS, the default stock depletion method is First In, First Out (FIFO), meaning the oldest stock will be sold first. However, the system also allows you to manually arrange the stock order to better match your store’s workflow and inventory strategy. There are two main ways to sort stock for each product:

1. Sorting from the Warehouse > Stock Management screen
2. Sorting directly from the POS sales screen

Sorting Stock from the Warehouse Stock Management Screen

From the main app, go to (1) the Warehouse menu, then select (2) the product you want to reorder stock for. Next, click on the (3) Stock tab at the top of the product details section. Inside the stock tab, you will see a (4) “Sort Stock” button for the selected unit of measure. Click this button to open the stock sorting panel.

The system will display all stock lots for the selected unit of measure. You can drag and drop each row using the arrow handle at the beginning of the row to rearrange the depletion order. Once you finish sorting, make sure to click “Save” to apply the new stock order.

Sorting Stock from the POS Sales Screen

Sometimes the cashier needs to quickly adjust which stock lot will be used for the current sale, without going back to the Warehouse menu. After adding a product to the cart on the POS screen, you can click directly on that product line in the cart to open the item details dialog.

In this item details dialog, you will see the following options:

1. Quantity – Adjust the quantity of the item in the cart.
2. Unit – Change the unit of measure (for example, box, strip, tablet) for this sale line.
3. Stock – Reorder the stock lots used for this particular sale (stock depletion order).
4. Price – Select the appropriate selling price from predefined price groups (e.g. retail price, wholesale price, general price).
5. Discount % – Apply a percentage discount to this item.
6. Discount ฿ – Apply a fixed amount discount in Thai baht. The system will automatically convert this to the equivalent percentage.

To adjust the stock order for the current sale, choose the “Stock” section in the dialog. You can then rearrange the lots in the same way as in the Warehouse stock management screen, and the system will use this custom order when deducting stock for that transaction.
