การจัดเก็บข้อมูลบน Cloud และโหมด Offline/Online

แอปฯ ทีฟาร์มมีการจัดเก็บข้อมูลต่าง ๆ ผ่านระบบคลาวด์ (Cloud Storage) ทำให้ร้านค้าไม่ต้องกังวลเรื่องข้อมูลหาย แนะนำให้เชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ตอยู่เสมอ เพื่อให้การซิงค์ข้อมูลเป็นไปอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยระบบใช้เทคโนโลยีที่ทันสมัยพร้อมมาตรการด้านความปลอดภัยสูงสุด

ในกรณีที่ใช้งานทีฟาร์มในโหมดออฟไลน์ (OFFLINE) ระบบจะบันทึกข้อมูลต่าง ๆ ไว้บนเครื่องชั่วคราว และเมื่อกลับมาเชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ต หรือล็อกอินเข้าใช้งานในโหมดออนไลน์ (ONLINE) ระบบจะทำการเชื่อมต่อและซิงค์ข้อมูลขึ้นคลาวด์ให้อัตโนมัติ

รายการฐานข้อมูลและรายงานที่ tPHARM รองรับ

รายการฐานข้อมูลและเอกสารต่าง ๆ ที่ระบบทีฟาร์มรองรับ และสามารถเพิ่ม แก้ไข พิมพ์เอกสาร หรือตรวจสอบข้อมูลได้ มีดังนี้

1. ลูกค้า — ฐานข้อมูลลูกค้าเพื่อเก็บประวัติการซื้อจากระบบหน้าร้าน POS
   • เพิ่ม/แก้ไขข้อมูลลูกค้า
   • นำเข้า/ส่งออกรายการข้อมูลลูกค้า
   • ยกเลิกข้อมูลลูกค้า
   • พิมพ์รายงานประวัติลูกค้า
2. ผู้ติดต่อ — ฐานข้อมูลผู้ติดต่อสำหรับเก็บข้อมูลสถานที่จัดส่งสินค้า หรือข้อมูลออกบิลและเอกสารสำคัญ (เช่น ใบเสนอราคา ใบรับสินค้า ใบส่งสินค้า) ซึ่งไม่เชื่อมกับฐานข้อมูลลูกค้าและระบบหน้าร้าน POS
   • เพิ่ม/แก้ไขข้อมูลผู้ติดต่อ
3. ใบเสร็จรับเงิน — ระบบจะบันทึกข้อมูลทุกครั้งที่มีการขายสินค้าจากหน้าร้าน POS
   • เรียกดูใบเสร็จรับเงินย้อนหลัง
   • ยกเลิกใบเสร็จรับเงิน (พร้อมเลือกได้ว่าจะคืนสินค้าเข้าสต๊อกหรือไม่)
   • พิมพ์ใบเสร็จรับเงิน (1) แบบย่อ (2) กระดาษต่อเนื่อง และ (3) แบบเต็มรูปแบบ (กระดาษ A4)
   • แก้ไขต้นทุนรายการสินค้า (เพื่อคำนวณกำไร/ขาดทุน)
   • แก้ไขเลขที่อ้างอิงและหมายเหตุ
   • ส่งออกใบเสร็จรับเงินเป็นไฟล์ CSV (รองรับ MS-Excel, Numbers, Google Sheets)
4. ใบส่งสินค้า — เหมาะสำหรับร้านค้าที่ขายแบบเงินเชื่อ/เครดิต และต้องการเก็บหลักฐานการส่งสินค้า
   • เพิ่ม/แก้ไขใบส่งสินค้า
   • พิมพ์ใบส่งสินค้า (1) กระดาษต่อเนื่อง และ (2) แบบเต็มรูปแบบ (กระดาษ A4)
   • รองรับการขายเงินเชื่อ/เครดิต
   • จัดส่งสินค้าและออกใบเสร็จรับเงิน (ใบกำกับภาษี) พร้อมตัดสต๊อกสินค้า
5. ใบเสนอราคา — สำหรับออกเอกสารเสนอราคาสินค้าให้ลูกค้าหรือผู้ติดต่อ
   • เพิ่ม/แก้ไขใบเสนอราคา
   • พิมพ์ใบเสนอราคา (1) กระดาษต่อเนื่อง และ (2) แบบเต็มรูปแบบ (กระดาษ A4)
6. ใบสั่งซื้อสินค้า
   • เพิ่ม/แก้ไขใบสั่งซื้อสินค้า
   • พิมพ์ใบสั่งซื้อสินค้า (1) กระดาษต่อเนื่อง และ (2) แบบเต็มรูปแบบ (กระดาษ A4)
   • ออกใบรับสินค้า พร้อมนำเข้าสต๊อกและบันทึกรายงาน ข.ย.๙
7. ใบรับสินค้า
   • เพิ่ม/แก้ไขใบรับสินค้า
   • พิมพ์ใบรับสินค้า (1) กระดาษต่อเนื่อง และ (2) แบบเต็มรูปแบบ (กระดาษ A4)
   • นำเข้าสต๊อกสินค้าและบันทึกข้อมูลรายงาน ข.ย.๙
8. ใบคืนสินค้า
   • เพิ่ม/แก้ไขใบคืนสินค้า
   • พิมพ์ใบคืนสินค้า (1) กระดาษต่อเนื่อง และ (2) แบบเต็มรูปแบบ (กระดาษ A4)
9. รายงานการซื้อยาทุกประเภท (ข.ย.๙)
   • เรียกดูรายงาน ข.ย.๙
   • พิมพ์รายงาน ข.ย.๙
10. รายงานการขายยาควบคุมพิเศษ (ข.ย.๑๐)
    • เรียกดูรายงาน ข.ย.๑๐
    • พิมพ์รายงาน ข.ย.๑๐
11. รายงานการขายยาอันตราย (ข.ย.๑๑)

Data & Document Types Supported in tPHARM

Cloud Storage and Offline/Online Sync

The tPHARM application stores all data securely on the cloud, so pharmacy owners don’t need to worry about data loss. It is recommended to stay connected to the internet for continuous synchronization. The system uses modern technology with a strong focus on data security.

When tPHARM is used in OFFLINE mode, all operations are stored locally first. Once the internet connection is restored or the system is switched back to ONLINE mode, all pending data will be synced to the cloud automatically.

Supported Databases and Reports in tPHARM

Below is an overview of the main data entities and documents supported in tPHARM, including what you can do with each of them:

1. Customers — Customer database used to store purchase history from the POS front-end.
   • Add/Edit customer information
   • Import/Export customer data
   • Deactivate customer records
   • Print customer history reports
2. Contacts — Used for delivery addresses, billing details, and official documents (e.g., quotations, goods receipts, delivery notes). This database is separate from POS customers.
   • Add/Edit contact information
3. Receipts — Automatically created whenever a sale is made via the POS.
   • View past receipts
   • Cancel receipts (with option to return stock or not)
   • Print receipts in (1) compact, (2) continuous form, or (3) full A4 format
   • Edit item cost for accurate profit/loss calculation
   • Edit reference number and notes
   • Export receipts as CSV (compatible with Excel, Numbers, Google Sheets)
4. Delivery Notes — Ideal for credit sales where proof of delivery is required.
   • Add/Edit delivery notes
   • Print delivery notes (continuous or full A4)
   • Support credit/term-based sales
   • Generate receipts (tax invoices) and deduct stock
5. Quotations — Used to issue quotation documents to customers or contacts.
   • Add/Edit quotations
   • Print quotations (continuous or A4 format)
6. Purchase Orders
   • Add/Edit purchase orders
   • Print purchase orders (continuous or A4 format)
   • Generate goods receipts, update stock, and record ข.ย.9 report data
7. Goods Receipts
